We were given the opportunity to relaunch the brand tone, look and personality through a campaign focused on their best selling products. We took the very relatable insight of worrying about getting good sleep and stressing about tomorrow and brought to life Ana, Natrol’s Quality Assurance Specialist. In our campaign, Ana visits satisfied customers when their Melatonin products are working best - while they’re asleep. Through Ana’s humor and empathy, dollar value growth was up 65% in just 12 weeks.
